Austin Richard Post, AKA Post Malone has partnered with American beer brand Bud Light as one of their key influencers for 2018.

Earlier this year, Bud Light announced that they were teaming up with the American rapper to ‘find the best friendships’ in their latest ad.

“How do you find out your friend is someone you can count on?” Malone asks, “They show up when you text”. “Me and Bud Light are going to test some friendships”.

The advert was launched shortly after it was announced that Post Malone would be joining this year’s line up for Bud Light’s Dive Bar Tour in April.

For all of the recent promo hype surrounding Bud Light and Malone, it seems as though the relationship has been going for quite some time now.

“They gave me this Fridge, and they come and stock it up cos’ Bud Light’s the shit”, Malone tells Noisey in their exclusive interview.

He even pays his friend Alec $1,000 a day to follow him around with Bud Light and a beer bong. Imagine that.

With 20+ million followers across all the major social media channels, it’s no surprise that Bud Light seized the opportunity to work with the American rapper who has reached dizzying heights of late.

Everybody needs someone who loves them like Post Malone loves Bud Light.
